One of us spent years inside the operatory — delivering excellent care, building patient relationships, doing everything right clinically. And still, the business side felt like a second job with no instruction manual. Revenue was leaking. Staff were overwhelmed. The numbers never quite made sense.
The other spent a career building data platforms for some of the largest organisations in the world — watching the same intelligence that drives Fortune 500 decisions sit completely out of reach for small business owners who needed it most.
We met. We compared notes. The problem was the same from both sides: dental practices were drowning in data they couldn't use. Disconnected systems. No unified view. No way to go from insight to action without a team of analysts nobody could afford.
So we built Vemi — not as a software product, but as a security blanket. A platform that gives every practice owner the visibility, strategy, and execution support that used to be available only to large hospital networks and DSOs.
